FrameShelf currently offers free previews and two free source samples. Proposed prices are not a completed purchase, and we do not collect payment through the current checkout.
1. Free samples
Orbit and AFTERHOURS are free. There is no purchase amount to refund for these downloads. If a ZIP is missing, corrupt or does not run as described, contact us with the template name and the README step that failed so we can investigate.
Orbit opens as an HTML file. AFTERHOURS requires a Next.js development environment. These different setup requirements are described in each Source tab and README.
2. An unexpected charge
If you see a payment you believe relates to FrameShelf, email hello@getframeshelf.com with the charge date, amount, currency, merchant name and transaction reference. Remove sensitive details from any receipt or screenshot. Do not send your card number, security code, password or OTP.
We will investigate the association with FrameShelf. An unrelated merchant’s payment must be addressed with that merchant or your payment provider. For an unrecognised or potentially fraudulent charge, contact your payment provider promptly.
3. Digital purchases: no change-of-mind refunds
FrameShelf supplies digital files and access, rather than physical goods. For future paid purchases, we do not offer discretionary refunds after the digital files or access have been delivered because you changed your mind, no longer need the design or selected a template without checking its stated requirements. Preview the design and read the Source tab before buying.
This policy does not exclude rights required by applicable law. If you are charged twice or incorrectly, do not receive the promised files or access, receive defective files, or receive a product materially different from its description, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required, including a refund where applicable. A download alone does not waive mandatory consumer rights.
Paid checkout is still closed. The applicable policy and any additional purchase disclosures will be shown before a future payment. No discretionary refund window or money-back guarantee is offered.
4. Get help before choosing a design
Use the working preview, inspect the Source tab and test a free sample before deciding whether FrameShelf fits your workflow. Read the FAQ for setup and compatibility answers and the licence for permitted uses.
