1. About the service

FrameShelf provides website templates, reusable sections, working previews and design instructions. These terms cover your use of this service. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@getframeshelf.com.

You may browse without an account. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or creating an account.

2. Free and premium access

Orbit, AFTERHOURS, CLEARLINE, PITLANE and five selected sections are designated free samples with source downloads and prompts. Other premium prompts and source files require a valid, active entitlement. A preview, saved design, edited headline or copied link does not grant premium access.

The pricing page shows our one-time access plans. Dodo Payments processes checkout and shows the final total, including applicable taxes. Access is granted after payment verification. Fixed-term plans do not renew automatically; their expiry appears in your account. Lifetime access has no expiry. Lifetime includes five seats: the purchaser plus four invited teammates. Each person uses their own verified account. The owner manages invitations and removals. Shared access ends when membership ends or the owner’s licence is revoked. Fixed-term plans remain individual.

3. Using templates and source

Use lawfully obtained files under the included LICENSE.txt and our License & assets page. The free samples permit adaptation for personal and client projects. Downloading a sample does not unlock other resources.

Third-party fonts, icons and software retain their own licences. Keep required notices. Do not remove access controls, distribute private download links or use another person’s account without permission. Contact us before using FrameShelf material in a template resale or redistribution product; personal and client project permission does not establish a separate resale licence.

4. What a template includes

Check each design’s Source tab and README for files, dependencies and setup steps. A prompt is an instruction for an AI tool and cannot guarantee an identical result. Source files provide the actual implementation.

Templates are frontend starting points. Hosting, domains, payment processing, account services, inventory and email delivery are not included unless a package explicitly says otherwise. Fictional brands, testimonials, metrics and demo transactions are examples; replace them before using a template for a real business.

You are responsible for testing your changes, securing connected services and ensuring that your published website meets your users’ needs and applicable requirements.

5. Accounts and saved work

Keep your account credentials secure. Guest saves, collections, preferences and composer drafts are stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear its data or use private browsing. Account features depend on the connected account service. Guest data is copied to your account only when you choose the import action.

Do not rely on a browser draft as your only backup. Composer JSON is a reference draft, not a runnable website, and the current interface does not import JSON drafts.

Daily allowance for new 3-month purchases

The $19 plan includes 3 distinct premium templates and 10 distinct premium sections per day, shared across downloads, source inspection and prompt access. Opening source or revealing a prompt uses the allowance. Reusing the same item on the same day counts once. Composer exports count each distinct premium item; free samples are excluded. Resets occur at midnight India time without rollover. Existing purchases retain their original allowance. Yearly and Lifetime have no such daily limit.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use FrameShelf to infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, interfere with the service or circumvent source-access restrictions. You must have permission to use any text, artwork or other material you add.

We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. These terms do not authorise access to content beyond your licence.

7. Payments and refunds

Our refund policy explains the current checkout status and how to report download or billing concerns. A future paid offer must state its refund terms before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy policy explains browser storage, account data, contact emails and service providers. External tools and websites have their own terms. FrameShelf does not include a subscription to an AI coding tool or hosting provider.

9. Affiliate program

Signed-in users may apply to the FrameShelf affiliate program. An application does not create an active referral link; FrameShelf reviews it before approval. FrameShelf may also email an agreed partner a private invitation that can be accepted or declined without creating an account. A new signup is attributed to the first valid, active affiliate link opened within the 30 days before signup. Applying, clicking a link, creating an account, or completing a test-mode checkout does not earn a commission.

Our standard commission is 10% of the amount Dodo Payments reports as collected for a verified live payment by an attributed new customer, in the same currency. An individually agreed invited partner may have a 20% rate, shown in their invitation. An agreed rate change for an active affiliate applies to future verified sales only; previously recorded commissions keep their original amounts. The amount includes applicable checkout taxes. A successful full or partial refund reduces the related commission proportionally. Commissions are recorded after payment verification and are paid manually once a month; FrameShelf does not automatically transfer money. A payout is recorded only after it has been sent using an agreed payment method. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship when sharing a link and may not claim commission on their own purchases or use deceptive promotion. FrameShelf may suspend an affiliate link while investigating suspected abuse or payment reversals. The Privacy policy explains the account and payment records used to operate the program.

10. Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every template will work with every environment. Read the stated requirements before use. We may correct errors and update the service and these terms; the revision date appears above. Changes do not remove rights already granted in a downloaded package or mandatory consumer rights.
